These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Sentraiq, including our website, browser extension, dashboards, security insights, and related services. By installing, accessing, or using Sentraiq, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Sentraiq. If you use Sentraiq for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Description of Service

Sentraiq provides browser-based AI data protection, risk detection, policy enforcement, and governance visibility capabilities. The service is designed to help teams detect risky prompts, scan supported file uploads, show risk warnings, apply policy-driven actions, and provide security insights for AI usage.

Sentraiq may support workflows involving AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, Gmail compose surfaces, and other browser-based applications. Supported platforms, detection types, actions, and file formats may change as the product evolves.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for using Sentraiq lawfully, configuring it appropriately for your environment, and making sure users understand your organization's AI usage policies.

• Do not use Sentraiq to monitor users in a deceptive, unlawful, or surveillance-oriented manner.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, overload, or interfere with Sentraiq's systems or extension logic.
• Do not submit illegal, harmful, or unauthorized content through Sentraiq feedback or support channels.
• Review warnings and security insights as decision-support signals, not as a replacement for human judgment or legal review.

No Guarantee of Detection

Sentraiq is designed to reduce AI-related data exposure risk, but no detection system is perfect. We do not guarantee that Sentraiq will identify every sensitive prompt, file, credential, secret, policy violation, or risky AI interaction.

Detection results may include false positives or false negatives. You remain responsible for your security program, access controls, employee training, AI governance policies, and review of high-risk workflows.

Privacy and Data Handling

Sentraiq is built around privacy-conscious AI governance. Browser-level scanning is intended to help protect sensitive data before it reaches AI tools, while avoiding unnecessary employee surveillance.

Our handling of personal data, local processing, voluntary feedback, and related privacy practices is described in the Privacy Policy. These terms do not replace that policy.

Third-Party Services

Sentraiq may operate alongside third-party websites, AI platforms, browsers, extension stores, cloud infrastructure, analytics, support tools, or other services. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Sentraiq does not control third-party AI platforms. Changes to those platforms, including interface updates, access rules, browser behavior, or extension policies, may affect Sentraiq functionality.

Intellectual Property

Sentraiq, including its product design, browser extension logic, detection approaches, dashboard experience, documentation, branding, website content, and related materials, is owned by Sentraiq or its licensors.

These terms do not grant you ownership of Sentraiq intellectual property. You may use the service only as permitted by these terms and any applicable subscription, license, or written agreement.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentraiq will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, data loss, security incidents, regulatory penalties, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Sentraiq is a risk-reduction and governance tool. It is not a guarantee against data leakage, compliance violations, insider misuse, platform changes, or security incidents.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Sentraiq if we believe there is misuse, security risk, violation of these terms, non-payment where applicable, or activity that could harm Sentraiq, users, third-party platforms, or the public.

You may stop using Sentraiq at any time. Uninstalling the browser extension or discontinuing access may limit or remove protection, warnings, and security insights.

Service Availability and Changes

Sentraiq is an evolving service. We may add, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue features, integrations, detection capabilities, dashboards, file scanning support, or platform coverage at any time.

We do not guarantee that any specific feature, integration, platform, detection type, or capability will remain available indefinitely.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as Sentraiq evolves, including when we add new AI platforms, file scanning features, dashboards, policy controls, integrations, or enterprise capabilities.

When we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of Sentraiq after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.

AI Governance Disclaimer

Sentraiq helps organizations create visibility, guardrails, and audit evidence for AI usage. It does not provide legal advice, compliance certification, regulatory approval, or a complete AI governance program by itself.

You should work with your legal, compliance, security, and privacy teams to determine how Sentraiq fits into your organization's policies, risk management practices, and regulatory obligations.
